Delivery Charges

We use Royal Mail to deliver our goods and we aim to dispatch within 2-4 working days.

To UK addresses (inc Highlands & Islands) :

# Standard Delivery is by 2ND Class service (normally 2 days) and costs £3.95

# Quick Delivery is by 1st Class service (normally 1 day) and costs £4.50 

Standard Delivery on UK orders of £50 or more is free of charge.

To European Countries :

Orders are sent by Royal Mail`s `International Tracked` service, which is tracked through the UK and normally takes 3-5 working days. The cost is £12.50

To `Rest of the World` destinations

Orders are sent by Royal Mail`s `International Tracked` service, which is tracked through the UK and normally takes 3-5 working days. The cost is £17.50

Please Note :

International delivery times are given as a guide only. They can vary. 

Customers ordering from outside of the UK, for delivery to overseas destinations, will be charged 20% less than the advertised price because we do not have to collect our VAT (sales tax) on exports. However, the order might be subject to import taxes in the destination country and, if so, they will be the buyer`s responsibility.

Import taxes are the responsibility of the receiver (so please be aware of that if you are having your purchase sent directly to someone overseas).

Order Cancellation and Refunds Policy:

Your transaction with us is governed by the UK`s Consumer Contracts Regulations. You have the right to cancel your order for any standard item on this website, for any reason, at any time from the moment you placed the order and up to 14 calendar days thereafter.

If the goods have been dispatched before you cancel the 14 day clock re-sets and you will have 14 days from the date of receiving them, to return them to us. 

Our returns procedure is set out below, in our Returns and Refunds Policy.

To cancel an order please contact us by email at ramblerslimited@hotmail.com or call us on 01455 230833, quoting your order number, name and postcode. 

If the goods have not been dispatched you will be entitled to a full refund of all product and delivery charges. If they have been dispatched we will ask you to follow the returns procedure set out below.

Returns and Refunds Policy

We hope that you will be as pleased with our products as we are but if, for any reason you are not, you may return them within 14 calendar days of receipt, for replacement or for a refund, provided the goods are unused and securely packaged.

If you do return any goods, please ensure that you provide in writing :

# Your proof of purchase
# The reason for your return
# Your choice of replacement or refund
# Your name and address

Please retain proof of posting so the Post Office can track the parcel if it is not delivered to us.

If the goods are faulty, we will reimburse you in full (for the product and original delivery charge) and we will add the cost of the postage back to us (we can determine the amount from the value of the stamps on the parcel).

If the goods are not faulty and you simply want them replaced with a different size, colour or design, we would be happy to oblige. However, we would not reimburse you the cost you incur in sending the original goods back and we may charge you the cost of posting the replacement. If the replacement goods are at a higher or lower price, we will make a refund or a charge to you, of the difference.

All agreed refunds will be paid within 5 working days

Delivery to trade customers

We use a main-stream carrier to deliver our trade orders. Terms and costs are as follows :

Zone 1 : England, Wales and Scottish Lowlands.

# Orders of £250 or more are delivered free of charge

# Orders of under £250 incur a carriage cost of £8.50

Zone 2 : Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands

# Orders of £300 or more are delivered free of charge

# Orders of under £300 incur a carriage cost of £8.50

Zone 3 : Scottish Islands and Isles of Man / White / Scilly / Channe

# Orders of £500 or more are delivered free of charge

# Orders of between £250 and £500 incur a carriage cost of £10.00

# Orders of under £250 incur a carriage charge of £15.

Zone 4 : Europe (Inc R.O.I.)

# All orders are subject to a fixed delivery cost of £20

Zone 5 : `Rest of the World`

# Delivery is charged at cost (and agreed at the time of order).

Damages or incorrect deliveries must be notified to us within 5 working days
